2021-2023 - Fine Art Photo Series

PROCESS

This project presented an opportunity for me look at photography from a different perspective, exploring subjects and aspects of the medium I had yet to engage with during my career as a commercial fashion and beauty photographer. 

Although I wanted the final 100 images to look and feel like they were part of a single series I also wanted each image to feel unique. To achieve this I employed full spectrum LEDs to create randomized color gradients and combined them with materials that lent themselves to organic movement. The resulting blend of spontaneous light and motion created the perfect environment for me to capture infinite combinations of abstract beauty.
